Refund and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • A return/exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

2. Return Process

  • Email us at tasprojects12@gmail.com with images of the damaged product.
  • Upon approval, we will arrange a pickup or request you to return the item.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If eligible, you may request an exchange for the same or similar product.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, customized orders, and accessories are not eligible for return/exchange.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
