Orders & Payments
- All orders placed on Shohaag’s website are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and other available payment methods.
- Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 7-8 days of confirmation.
- Shipping takes an additional 2-3 days, depending on the location.
- Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
- Shohaag is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as courier issues or natural disasters.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange
- Returns and exchanges are only applicable for damaged or defective products (refer to Refund Policy below).
Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
